Week 5

Since your period hasn’t come, you have probably already taken a pregnancy test and you know that you will become a mum soon. Further symptoms start to show: weariness, sleepiness, mood swings, and, above of all, morning sickness. You have to start avoiding certain products, such as blue cheese or raw meat, which may constitute a threat to the pregnancy. Don’t forget about vitamines; it is best to take those prepared specially for pregnant women. It’s important to be physically active as it will help you stay in good shape during the pregnancy.

Your baby in this week:
The fifth week is a very important moment. Your baby’s heart starts to beat! The baby develops rapidly: spine, the neural system and brain are formed. And even though the baby is of a sesame seed size, it’s your little-big human.
